I would look into, and assuming everything is kosher GET ON, the following as soon as possible, which I am sure you have seen told before: propecia; rogaine foam 5%, nizoral 2% shampoo (or revita shampoo if you don't mind paying a little extra)

It wouldn't surprise me if you were to achieve very, very good results with the aforementioned given your loss. Also, look into toppik, with the above it could really allay your follicular woes.
