On October 8th some of the true masters of Ultra Refined Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation came together at the Shapiro Medical Group clinic in Minnesota to exchange ideas and techniques. During the live surgery, performed by Dr. Ron Shapiro.

5% minox 2x/day
Nizoral 2% - 3x/week
T-Sal - 3x/week

According to what i ve learnt here on the forum
Wasnt it a bit "risky" to make a dense packing arounnd his frontal middle hair..? it could make a shock loss ?

I just went through a very smilar experience. Dense packing in the midst of native hair is fine with a highly skilled surgeon who will avoid transection. You might get temporary shock loss but nothing permanent.
