hi there..my name is aviran i am from israel and i had my first ht with dr jerry wong in vancouver on the 25/1. the experience was great! the team is very professional and dr wong is a very good doctor .i didnt feel any pain at all and i didnt had any swelling or bleeding from the donor area.the problem with my hair was that almost all the hair from the front until the mid-scalp was gone so we put 3028 grafts to build a new hairline and to give the front full coverage .we didnt touch the crown because I almost didnt had hairloss from there. dr wong built a new hairline a little bit behind from the original hairline because i am still young.today i dont have any hairloss, bless u god!!.In vancouver i had the honor to meet joe and doug nice guys i wanna thank u both for the help and the support that i got from you so thank u.I will post before photos after doug will send them to me.Right now i'm in my 27 day I haven't experienced as much shedding as most people have after a month so is that a good thing or bad thing? i will post photo soon.

Looks like you had a very nice experience. I had my 2nd HT w/ Dr. Wong and was very pleased. Juding by the pics, you really seem to have a new densely-packed hairline that should fill in nicely for you.

Most people lose their transplanted grafts within the first couple of weeks. Even though yours have hung on a little longer, don't be surprised if they jump ship anytime. Just a part of the process and they will grow back in a few months.

I agree with hairbank....it does seem like your little guys have hung on longer than most people, but be prepared...they will most likely jump ship soon. Don't be discouraged...this is normal. I hope you'll post monthly updates. If there's anything we can do for you too, let us know.
