I have posted some stuff before here is an update on my journey. Years ago i had a bad transplant job done on the front temples of my head which came out bad and caused me to wear a hairpiece for about 15 years now. I had to get a brow lift on a top transplant surgeons advice which really helped my forehead look much cleaner. Here are the pics which show the pre and post (approxmately 7000 grafts with Doctor Hasson)pics throughout. I have just begun to take proscar which will hopefully thicken my existing hair up a bit for the final reveal coming around new years eve. =)

hey guys, i have about 250 photos showing my journey from getting a bad procedure years ago. I have had so much work done and will document it all in the near future for you all to see. Most recently i had about 4700 grafts done with Dr. Hasson. Things are finally looking up for me. I have worn a hair piece for over 12 years and look forward to never wearing that stupid thing ever again. Please feel free to comment and let me know what you think.

Man you have come a long way. Those before pics are rough, but your 4.5 month mark pics brought a smile to my face as I am sure it did for you. I am really happy for you and you have a TON of growth time left in which it will thicken up nicely for you. Ditch all the pieces you wore on your head and the hats.

With where your results are right now--looking really good by the way, you can walk around proudly showing off your new head of hair!!

I have to admit you are looking really good for 4.5 months. Looking at before and after, it's hard to beleive it is the same person. I wish you all the success in the world with your new hair. Congrats Dr. Hasson, you are truly a genius in the HT field....

Just a thought from the peanut gallery.....

Thanks for all the kind words guys. I hope my results can help others realize that there is a solution for bad hair plugs. Do your homework and get in touch with a top notch doctor like Dr. Hasson.

Repair Guy, I know your thankful for getting a second chance at bettter happiness! Wow, what a difference even at 4.5 months! The redness does eventually fade, in my case almost a year and a half, so you've got that to look forward to.

Thanks, Falc, MP96 and its752. I am greatful for a forum like this because it has been so helpful for me. It gave me insight into what i could expect from a good doctor. A way for me to see a better future for myself without hairpieces which led me to eventually take charge of my life and make a change. I hope other guys with bad hair transplants will all come to this site and realize that things aren't hopeless. I stress the guys with bad hair transplants because the self image and self confidence of people who have had this done to them becomes almost non existant. I know mine was, but now i can hold my head up high and be proud. =)

Thank you all.

Repair Guy, things look very good, you will have a great result, most important natural and you are already well on your way at 4.5 mths. .....Excising the hairline and removing that entire mess within it was the KEY; big grafts, cobble stoning, scarring, pitting even in the best of hands one could not have hidden this. With it removed and Dr Hasson in charge of re- establishing the front in the way it should have been done in the first place, you’ll have the freedom to live your life again. What a please of mind.

Repair Guy,

Congratulations on your recent second procedure with Dr. Hasson. I'm sure this will help fill in some of those thin areas and give you closer to the density and coverage you want.

Since you just had surgery be sure to rest up and protect those grafts and donor area over the next week or so. After that, it's just a matter of waiting.

Best wishes,

Bill (Falc)

Congrats on the latest round! You've come a long, *long* way and this should really give you much improved coverage.

Thanks Falc. I feel good about this second round. Hopefully, it will put an end to this nightmare that i have been dealing with for the past 15 years.

By the way, how is your hair looking these days. I know you recently got some new work done yourself.
