Were his grafts distributed over his whole scalp or just the front 1/3? Is his hair wet in the 1st pic? It looks great.

looks good and natural, he has good coverage. Maybe not super dense but I would be happy with that amount of grafts

In the before pics, the patient came in with some styling gel in his hair.

The grafts are distributed to the frontal 1/2.

Keep in mind the results are not quite a year, he's got a few more months to go. The patient does plan on coming back for another procedure to fill in for more density and to lower the hairline.

Janna,

Looking Great.

Pretty cool how the second set of pics shows how the face gets "framed out" after a job is complete.

Just curious....was any temple work done ??

Thanks,

MH

You know, sitting here with a bald head I'm thinking; "this guy is done", and then to find out he's already got a plan for more? I think he looks great and I'm really suprised he does indeed have "hair greed".

I guess I'll have it in a year as well.

I think is a great example of how a relatively small number of grafts (in today's world) can create such a dramatic transformation. He has gone from a 'bald guy' to one with a fully age-appropriate hairline.

The face framing and overall look has completely transformed him.

Great stuff Janna!

Nice work Janna. I personally don't think he *needs* a 2nd but with it will make him look even better, especially with a lower hairline will make him appear even younger.

Janna,

My goodness. Your results are terrific. The physician did a great job with re-creating a hair line..and then added density to give you awesome coverage. I have had 3 ht procedures. The first was in '98. This one did not have a good result. The second and third was with a good physician in '06 and '07. I am in my third month since my third procedure. So far my results are looking pretty good.
