Hi,
Seems better but still need lot of improvement.
1-There is no top view except in one photo after first surgery which shows very scanty hair on the back after first surgery
2- Second and third surgeries results ..... can you put top up view so that one can really see density.
3-For such large bald area.... why did you choose lower hair line while you can save few hundred follicles and put them on the back of head.....
4-There is shadow in most of photos so one can not really see impressive work.
Anyway keep it up and burning spirit alive.

Faheem

I am sure there is always a room for improvement.
I am still a learner in this field.
Having said that
in type VI or VII i prefer to use lower mature hair line is because after all you have to either sacrifice the front look or the crown. As crown needs more grafts to cover only one view i prefer to give a no bald look and cover 260 degree, crown can respond much better than frontal area to all types of FDA approved medicine.

Mind you I bring them to type 2v type of MPB. This gentleman will have a look of thinning but not bald. He is happy and All I care is to make my patient happy. That is my Goal.

I am a medical advisor to Lexington International and Hairmax. What ever I say is my personal opinion.

Dr. Mohmand is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network

Dr. HM

I think it is good that you show a difficult case as this gentlemen. This type NW7 is difficult to impossible to get full coverage with any density. I am sure this patient is happy to not be bald anymore.

Faheem,

I think you are out of line to criticize the Dr. here for this result. Anyone can say this guy needs more improvement. What would you expect from a NW7??? These guys cant work miracles with such limited donor. He did about the best he could with limited resources.

Dr. Mohmand,

Nice job on presenting this patient photo album.

Considering this patient's high level of hair loss (complete norwood 6 almost borderline 7) and based on the number of grafts transplanted, I'd consider this an excellent result.

For all of those reading, please keep in mind that expectations must be reasonable with hair transplantation, especially those with high degrees of baldness.

Though one would love to be able to achieve a full head of hair, it simply isn't possible with a finite donor hair supply.

I look forward to your continued involvement in our community.

Best wishes,

Falc

I will ditto NoBuzz's response. It is enlightening to see a doc display such work. Certainly it is easy to post NW2 pics with a dense packing session, but the true artistry and creativity is seen on the NW6-7.

More photos that look impressive. However, the camera can be very kind if photo angles, hair type and other factors combine to make things look better on film, so to please try and share some close up photos of some of these patients as well. It's nice to see close ups.

Nice work. I concur with the others; as it would be easy to post a NW 3 and fill it in with 2500 graphs. This joker had some serious balding issues and you helped him tremendously, imo.

I believe I gave my input on this on the other thread Wink. I must have seen that one before this post.
