Restored completely? Then you'll probably need 4,500 grafts or more. Be sure to talk with a doctor about reasonable expectations.
However, I think you could get a great looking result with about 3,000. 2250 in the front 1/3 and 750 in the crown. But, I'm just a stockbroker so I don't really know a damn thing right now......  100?
