 Patient is a 35 year old with bilateral temporal recessions (approximately 57 cm2) and thinning in the frontal and posterior frontal forelock area. We placed a total of 2300 grafts, which included combination grafting of the frontal and posterior frontal forelock areas utilizing 65 DFU's intermixed with 2,3 and 4 hair FU grafts to increase overall hair mass in that area. |
