That's true.
It's enjoyable to showcase and celebrate an early grower, but it does understandably tend to make average and slow growers a bit nervous.

hi spex,
not really had much to add since my last 1 year update.
i felt i had a bad shed earlier this year and buzzed the lot off for the summer,seems ok now and i'm trying to grow it longer than i have before.
if i can resist the clippers i will post some pics in a couple of months. Big Grin
