I am currently a university student studying biology. As part of my degree I have to produce a business plan for a fictional product that promotes hair regrowth based on real science.

The report requires real research. I would be very grateful if you could complete the following questionnaire (link provided).

The questionnaire enquires about hair care spending habits, products tried etc. It is very short - just 10 multiple choice questions.

At the end of the questionnaire there is a personal information section, however this does not need to be filled in. It is automatically added by the website. If you see this page then the questionnaire has already been submitted.

Dear forum members,

I have spoken to this member offline and gave Nikkita permission to post this. I have gone through the questionnaire and it asks legitimate hair loss related questions and hair restoration options you have tried.

The only thing I do NOT like about this questionnaire (I don't recall seeing this option when I tested it out before), is that it asks for your email address. In my opinion, it would be better to create a free hotmail, google, or yahoo email account and use that for those who are going to participate.

There are a few questions that I felt could use some work. An "other" category for every question would have also been helpful.

By the way, for those of you who don't know, Regaine is the same as Rogaine in America.

As Nikkita has stated, feel free to skip past the second page that asks for personal information (in fact, I encourage you to skip past that section).

I will be the first one to fill out the questionnaire and will do it now!
