I just wanted to add my comments on the fine work performed by Dr. Bernstein. After much investigation and several months debating the pros and cons of having a transplant, I decided to have Dr. Bernstein do my work. I have not regretted my decision for a moment. He is a fine surgeon and his staff made me feel very much at home. The day of surgery flew by and there was little or no discomfort with the whole procedure. I am now almost a month post op, waiting for the healing, the transplanted hairs to shed and the new hair to start growing. I know it will be a number of months before I see the results but at this point my experience was so positive that I'm planning my second procedure later this year. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing Dr. Berstein.

i have a consultation with him next week. glad to hear from someone that had a positive exp w/him. how long did the recovery take? pretty much like he said it would or a bit longer? just curious, i am willing to get this done but VERY skeptical about elective surgery.
