Hi,
I have seen the term MSM on this site several times and I am not familar with it. Is it drug? If so is it like propecia or something different? Would like some opinions on it as well as ordering information. Thanks |

MSM is a sulphur based supplement that helps cell regeneration in the body...it appears to "speed up" the regeneration process of those parts of your body that work that way... fingernails, skin, and hair are all affected by this.... you can get it pretty much anywhere..GNC, any health store or drugstore..even Walmart carries it...recommended dose is somewhere between 1000-5000 mg a day... you can check it out on the internet as well..lots of articles on it..and it seems to work the same in pretty much anyone who takes it |
