Can working out (weightlifting) cause an increase in DHT? I know that working out DOES increase testosterone but does it actually increase DHT?

Good question, Cutlass! It would seem that since DNT is a breakdown product of testosterone (or is it a by-product?), the answer would be yes, it increases DHT as well. But working out changes other things in your body, so it might not be that simple. I've heard that Propecia also increases testosterone, so if that is true, now you have another variable to consider. Maybe one of the docs that frequent this discussion could answer this one.

Yes...I'd like to know the answer to this as well since I really enjoy working out. Good for the mind and the body...but is it good for the hair and new FU's trying to sprout????
