From the people who had a HT, did you tell people ie friends, relatives etc, or just say nothing. What did you tell the people who commented about your hair? Did anyone rag on you?
I was a little worried about it to, but it was no big deal, if people ask me, I tell them. I do notice some people taking an extra look the the hair, but hey, that is what it is there for.
I'm sure 99% of the people I work with know that I've had a HT (quite the rumor mill), if they ask I come clean, no regrets.
