Has anyone heard of the genetic hair loss test that can tell you of your chances of going or not going bald?

yeah I heard some bull shit on the radio where they sell these guys this "swave" like a take home pregnancy test; and you wipe the stick on your cheek and it tells you if your going to go bald and when your going to go bald...

TOTAL BULL SHIT...It said I was going to go bald in 54 B.C.

Its a bunch of $hit. Is this what you were talking about or something else?

I thought it just came out last week and your test results (genetic analysis) takes 3-4 weeks (at least that is what is posted on their web site).
So you got the test in the mail, took the test, and have results back already?

no.

I heard about A BALDING TEST on the radio.
Sounds like it was NOT the same one you were refering to.
I was kidding regarding the 54 B.C. results. But, whatever your refering to sounds like a total bull $hit ad to me. There is NO test to determine your eventual balding pattern...

By the way, what's your story? Your: age, hair loss, concerns, etc...

If your currently experiencing hair loss and are in a certain age bracket, then the closest thing to what you are describing is going to a doc for a consultation and having him look at your hair under magnification to determine what areas are affected by Male Pattern Baldness via miniaturization of your hairs. This is reasonably accurate, but not like what you were describing in your post.
