Will propecia have any long term effects on the prostate or any other organs in the body? I mean, when I'm an old man and still on propecia, will anything be "warped" due to taking this pill 3 times a week?

I think a few guys in this forum have been taking Finasteride in one form or another 7 (not 3!!) times a week for 10 years +. The only long term problem I've heard of so far (apart from these minor side effects everybody knows about) is the production of enzymes in the liver. Whether that affects SOME individuals or everyone is unclear.
