I received the discount rate for over 2,000 grafts which was $6,250. Dr. Feller was offering in Spring a rate for I believe anything over 2,000 grafts up to around 2,700 or so for the price of $6,250 if you agreed to have surgery after a consultation with him. So I ended up paying $2.91 a graft ($6,250 divided by 2,148 grafts). So that worked for me nicely with no extra tax or anything. Um...90% of my grafts fell out within 3 weeks--I am now about 10 weeks out and I am waiting for growth to begin. My new LOWER hairline with sligthly off-center forelock is NOT growing in yet...and my scalp in front of my existing hairline is still just the tiniest bit red in the middle of my forehead. I am using minoxidil once a day and anticipate some growth right around the 14-16 month mark for new growth and some stubble. I'll keep everyone posted and will show photos when I have something to show...the old photos vs the new ones. see ya.
