First of all your hairline looks very well and it gives me a lot of hope.

You mentioned you have 50-80 grafts/cm2. How big (cm2) was your whole recipient area ?
From my point of view I think 50-80 grafts are too much.
My first bone of my little finger is 2 cm long . I guess you have nearly the same size +/- 2mm.
If I make a comparison with your first bone of your little finger and your grafts on this picture (see below). I come only to max 12 grafts along the 2 cm that equals to 6 grafts along to 1 cm.
That means only 36 grafts/cm2. I supposed that every red dot is a graft.
Have you counted your grafts by yourselves or did Dr.Alvi tell it ?
