I would like to post some photos and be able to annotate them with dates, descriptions, etc.

Is there a way to do that while I upload each picture, or must I create the overall file with all the pictures and descriptions (in Word or as a web page using FrontPage or some other program)and then upload that file?

Uploading pictures is pretty much the same as posting, except when you're done with your description, scroll down and check
POST ATTACHMENT. Then finish your post as you normally would.

You will then be brought to a browse option (there is a slight delay before you see this) that allows you to locate your picture and then upload.

I'd advise saving as a jpeg to reduce the size.
