I think I got dicked. Ol' Dr. Anderson saw where I lived and stuck it to me.

I tried to post my pics, but the file is too big (1.92 and the limit is 300)

Don't know how to lower the size.

Start, All Programs, Accessories, Paint.

In paint, open the file.

Click on "Image" in the menu bar, then select "Stretch/Skew"

Under stretch, for BOTH horizontal and vertical, put in the size in percentage you wish to make it. If 50% is too big, try 25%.
Save the file, and you're set.

Oh and/or make sure you save the file as type "JPEG" (or .JPG)

That alone can significantly reduce the filezie if it's not already saved like that.
