hello. anyone know how long does it take to feel tighness on the donor scar and back neck after the surgery...weeks??? months??? please help!!!

I currently at 19 days post-op and the donor area is feeling almost normal except for some minor numbness and itching from the feeling starting to come back. I had a pretty large strip excised..
3/4" from ear to ear. It is feeling good sooner than expected because mine was pretty tight and sore for the first two weeks.
