I'm wondering here if it were possible to achieve some regrowth even after having been on Propecia for 2 years? Even if only a little. Has anyone out there experienced this? Or does regrowth only happen at around the 1 year point and not after?

I believe that any regrowth spurred on by Propecia is a real bonus and should not be expected. That being said, the research shows that at around the one year point Propecia is working its best at inhibition. Inhibition levels begin to decline shortly thereafter (but certainly not substantially and nowhere NEAR enough to warrant discontinuing the medicaton).

Smoothy utilizes a method of "shaking up" his system by taking a few weeks off of Propecia every year. This is an interesting tactic that I think deserves some merit and close inspection. It may be just what the doctor ordered, so to speak, in keeping our bodies from building an impenatrable immunity to the medication. You may want to try this also.
