1) Proscar, you can divide it by four or five, and cost that much less.

2) Canada, but better from US if you can get a prescription and your insurance covers.

1) Good luck if you try to get 5 equal parts... Divide by 4, it works fine.

2) Be very careful where you get it from. Cheaper is NOT better. On the Internet, you will find some generics and India or South America-manufactured stuff you definitely don't want in your body.
