I was looking for some type of natural treatment to use to help me. Does anyone know or tried an effective product?

roxy you will get numerous natural products that claim to halt ,prevent and even grow your hair back but none of them are proven and are usually scams in my opinion.

you need to stick to the proven meds that work,
propecia,rogaine and a few shampoos that may assist.

Chucky is right. Propecia and Rogaine have a proven track record of combatting hair loss.

Revita and Nizoral shampoo contain an ingredient ketoconazole that may have some benefit to combat hair loss as an adjunct treatment.

There is much debate over newly FDA approved laser therapy as to whether or not it's effective.

There are many theories about a number of natural products - but I haven't found any compelling studies on any of them at this point.

I have tried many of these and none of them did anything.. Unfortuantely, naturally we are supposed to lose hair so our options are limited in this area.
