I was just wondering if one can expect a revisit of the dear old pizzaface, while being on the propecia. I was on Accutaine in the beginning of the 90´s and don´t wish to go back that road.

i never was on Accutaine, but I know about it.

Sometimes, Accutaine "cures" acne forever. Also, aging seems to alleviate acne.

Proscar does not lead to an increase in acne in my case, and I really haven't heard of anyone who has had a "resurgence" of acne after starting Propecia treatment.
