Most men seem to recede in the temples... well my hair is doing that, but, it's also receding in the center of my hair line too (So my hair line will be split into two patches if this keeps up).

Imagine having two patches of hair :\

I've never seen or heard of this. Maybe I should get this checked out...?

I also have seen this before on both men and women albeit rare and more prevalent in men than women.

We do know that both types of DHT impede the hair follicules and subsequently miniturize them over time untill their capacity to grow hair ceases. That disseminating process results to those of us who suffer from androgenetic alopecia. And over time some follicules are more quickly affected than others throughout the entire zone of demarcation.

That's why at times some areas appear more affected than others, and usually in the beginning stages of MPB. But over time the entire zone can be potentially lost so the afore-mentioned suggestion of considering Propecia (finasteride) would be prudent indeed. See your doctor for an exam and prescription if you are not already on it.

Sounds like a pattern of "George on Stienfield". YOur probably right in your assessment, a good HT surgeon could correct your problem. Best of luck. Until then stay on Rogaine 5% and Propecia to slow the loss.
