I had my first HT with Doctor Jones. I found the entire experience with his clinic left something to be desired. I voiced my displeasure and opted for a different surgeon for the second HT.

What were you displeased with? The procedure, the office, the staff, the location...? Did you get a STRIP or a FUE transplant? How many grafts? When did you have it done?

The more info the better.

By all means, if you had a bad experience this is the place to share it.

On the other hand, Dr Jones has a pretty good reputation here and the suggestion that his services are anything less than positive will unsettle some people, myself included.

In fairness to everyone (including Dr Jones), can you be more specific about the experience you had?

I second that. Very unhappy with my Jones visit, as I've stated in earlier threads. I believe he's an internet specialist, since he found it he's used it well. Like to hear how you second HT improved.
