Possibly, stress contributes to baldness. But baldness is genetic. Those hairs were going to be Gonesville anyway. You might have sped up the process a little, but you didn't cause hairs that wouldn't have fallen out to fall out. Chances are, it was just your time for hairloss -- I know that sucks.
Propecia and Rogaine are everyday, lifelong commitments. You stop them, you will lose the benefits of the medications -- and very quickly, I might add. But something like Propecia is no big deal. Make it part of a morning routine. Think of it like, "Brushing teeth is an everyday lifelong commitment. The longer I don't brush, the worse the teeth get. And eventually, I'll lose all the benefits I got from brushing them if I don't brush them for long enough."
