Well, since I'm in Chicago, I'm not supposed to read the testimonials either. But I'm the kind of person who tears the labels off mattresses. ThIS warning isn't going to stop me(LOL)!
From the Bosley site:
"In some states in the USA (e.g., in Illinois, New York and Texas) testimonial advertising is not allowed in medicine, regardless of the truth or accuracy of the testimony.
