fixing-it,
I did mine with Dr. H. in Oct. and I used my credit card for the surgery, restaurants, and for the car rental. I used my credit card for the tips as well. Never needed to use cash. KamCal |

fixing-it,
KamCal is right. If you use credit card for all purchases, the currency exchange rate will be taken care of for you. Otherwise, if you must use cash to purchase various items, it is best to convert some cash to Canadian money. You can do it in the US or after you get to Canada.
