I am a fairly long time member of this forum, and I have a question that I would like feedback from whoever. This question may be a bit vague, but I was wondering how does one really make the judgment call that their hair loss has stabilized? I would like feedback from as many as possible as this would be a personal judgment situation as much as anything. THoughts anyone? Thanks for your feedback.

I count the number of times that I can run my hands through my hair without any hairs ending up on my hands.
20 or more times with no hair on my hands, is stable for me. When things where at my worst, I don't think I could even do 4. |

If you are finding miniaturized hairs in your hands, book that you are reading, in the sink after brushing your hair, then your hair loss has not stabilized. If you only occasionally find healthy sized hairs, that is a good indication.
