"Grace, is it the Doctor's choice not to disclose where he works or what his name is, or (under contract to Bosley) are they not allowed to individually promote themselves so that we instead know them collectively as 'Bosley'?"

Instead, you ignore it and decide to attack the forum and accuse the site owners / members as to why someone has gone 'quiet' and that you want nothing to do with this forum.

The situation is explained to you, and your response? An apology? No, a further attack at the forum including swearing (nice professional touch), accusing us all of driving people away due to people not wanting to be involved in 'debates'.

Your solution? Start a *debate* attacking everyone on the forum.

Let's review your history on this forum: Attack everyone, accuse everyone, defend Bosley, indicate you only want to help people, then say you are not recommending Bosley after everyone asks for photos, then you flirt with Falc, people comment back, you ask them to back off and not to be sexist, then you ask for a commitment from the posters to grant you patience and know you have good intentions, we believe you, then you attack the forum and its members again. I simply don't understand. We're here to learn and help each other. Not to have to put up with your self-described mood swings.

We answered all your questions, responded to all your half truths and out right lies, and have been tolerant of your attempt to discredit a community driven to help its members.

But it is obvious at this point that your only motivation for being here is to stir up trouble by becoming a poison in the well.

This will be my last post on this:
Tom Ortiz was a complete jerk when he began posting on this forum and we took him to task rightfully so. However, he has taken great steps elsewhere to amend his postings a bit and once you get to know him, he is a very good guy, a very good technician and a source of solid technical knowledge. He was in a very difficult emotional state at that point in time, and I believe his employment with Dr. Harris has helped him tremendously.

I am sorry, but my knowledge of Dr. Harris was formed by talking to those who respect him and his work, but you are correct that most recently Tom has provided myself and others a very detailed look at a top clinic that is really attempting to produce dramatic results using a .75mm extraction tool for 1,2,3 and some 4 hair groupings for fue sessions.

They are also detailing their bht experience for all to see as is the Dr. Bisanga, who BTW is looking for 10 volunteers who meet a very strict criteria for free bht work in the efforts to actually determine efficacy.

As far as Pete goes, he is still around helping out as usual, being a solid guy with tremendous knowledge.

Anyway, at the end of the day, we help people here....we talk and debate... we share in each others successes and help out during failures.

I am sorry that you cannot see this and chose instead to attack myself and others as opposed to simply silencing your critics with detailed photo's, which would have been critiqued like everything else.

Anyway, I harbor no ill will toward you, and I wish you well in your endeavors.

Her last post revealed her true colors. Instead of rising to the challenge of posting patient photos, she chose the obvious and desperate road - the continual attempt to discredit our community and what we stand for. Many before her have tried this and failed why?

Because RESULTS are what matter here.

Thank you to the dedicated members of this community who saw through her masquerade from the beginning.

In the midst of all things, let's remember what this community is about...

I thought you would know better. Your rational behind this suspension comes of as sexist and frankly, reeks of censorship.

We dont have to collectively agree on everything thats posted. For this community to exist independent of agenda, speech must not be regulated that closely.

I apologize to all of you who were offended by those comments. They were not intended as interpreted.

Those comments however, were not the reason for her suspension.

I have thus removed them from my original thread and left only the reason for her suspension.

If you look back - please remember that I was on of those who ENCOURAGED her to post pictures of her clinic's work and was rather glad to hear that she was considering it.

She was suspended for one reason: she was CONTINUALLY trying to discredit this community by drudging up half truths and lies from the history of the forum.

Too much time and energy was being spent disputing her when she didn't want to hear any rational explanation for anything.

All she wanted to do was get a rise out of people.

It worked.

Ultimately it was beginning to distract from the purpose of this community.

People who have been here for some time now know that censorship is NOT something we practice here.

Very few members over the years have lost posting privileges. Each one was for good reason whether or not everyone agrees or not.

I'm sorry if people disagree with this decision but I'm asking people to trust me on this. It is now time to move on to bigger and better things.

It is very few and far between that a poster ever looses his or her posting privileges on this forum. Regardless of whether a poster is male or female or who they work for I will not stand by and watch them drop poison in our open well.

Some people try to exploit openness and turn things intended for constructive purposes into destructive tools. An extreme example of this was terrorists using airplanes to destroy lower Manhattan on 9/11.

This forum and it's private messages are intended to enable patients to share experiences and ideas. They were not created to give Grace the tools for spreading false, manipulative and misleading information.

I asked Falc to revoke Grace's posting privileges. I support his actions 100%.

The reason I locked this thread was to prevent this thread from becoming a central focal point that drains time and energy away from helping fellow hair loss sufferers.

But out of respect for the members of this community I have re-opened this thread for another day or so for people to share their opinions.

Thanks for reopening it.

While I agree that Grace came across as crass, unprofessional and inconsistent in her arguments, I don't agree that she should have been removed because of that. She pretty much kept her arguments to a couple of threads. Others who in the past have tried to attack every thread did deserve to be banned.

I personally did not spend much time on her posts. I know you probably felt obligated to respond to every point she was trying to make, so it took a lot of your time.

I thought there was some progress in convincing her to post some pictures, so I was looking forward to that. Although I'll agree that she was probably just pulling our chain and never would come up with them.

I just hate to see censorship like that. Now she'll use that as ammo for one of her future young and impressionable clients.

I respect you guys for doing what you feel is best for the forum, but I think that she maybe should have been warned first. Possibly you did this and I missed it?

As much as we all wanted to see the photos, I really wonder if it would have been worth it for her? If they were anything less than perfect we would have roasted her and her clinic. Also, it really is doubtful that we would ever have recommended Bosley or even a franchise due to past history. Personally, I would have liked to have seen her invite Pat or Falc to their clinic to see work in progress. We then would have trusted the feedback.

I liked Grace and wish that she could have played well with other kids, as she has a lot of tenacity and wit. Are her posting priviledges revoked for good? Either way Falc and Pat, a decision was made and I respect you guys for trying to keep the peace here and providing this great resource.

She accused me of "brutally attacking " her just because I asked her to explain Dakota3's case to us as he was another of the multitude pf pissed of Bosley clients.

I think she did not get enough attention when she was a kid or something.....

This all started when our felow hairloss sufferer power ranger was getting ripped off by that money grabbing outfit....However please, can any satisfied Bosley clients post their results here to change our minds and counter so much bad publicity ?

And guys, next time, when an AVERAGE looking girl posts ( very hard to see) her pics online to get attention, please dont fall for that nonsense by getting your tongues and dicks all wet with excitement........

I agree with this statement, and who even knows if this was a woman? Anyone could come on with a false alias throw up phony pics and stir up some shit.

I would be sorry to see he/she banned as I thought her posts were funny especially when she was in attack mode. Good entertainment, I will miss that.

As I say in my signature: I am here for the hair and the humor!

Too many on this forum argue the same points that will never be settled, ie: Split grafts vs non-split, shaving vs non-shaving, sutures vs staples, lasers, finasteride for example. I am guilty of this to some degree and have to refrain from getting sucked into a non-winable point. This really gets old and boring and drives people away IMO.

When we look at the past posters who have been "suspended" they all have the same things in common

1- Profanity
2- Generally offensive
3- No argument or proof for their point
4- They blame others

There is nothing wrong with arguing your point and lord knows I do plenty of that. However, we should keep it somewhat professional and open minded. Nobody here is out for a witch hunt.. Fact is fact and pictures don't lie..
