I've read the archives here for acne, but need a current consensus of 3-4 acne (white heads) that are appearing.

I have left them alone, so as to not do any damage and let nature take its course. I am patient with them.

Any advice?

Sounds normal. Most people, including myself, usually pop them and then apply antibiotic ointment like Neosporin. They are pretty common depending on where you are in a given growth cycle.

The acne like white heads are actually clogged subaceous glands. This shows progress.

Mr.T is right in popping them and then applying an anti-bacterial ointment. This lessens the opportunity for festering/infection.
