I'd keep using it for 4 months. Take a photo now and then. If you don't see any benefit then, you can quit.

The shedding you are experiencing is completely normal. When I started on Rogaine, my hair shed like crazy between the 2nd and 4th week and it drove me crazy. The good news is that the hair that was shed grew back and so did a lot more hair How old are you by the way? I would NOT stop using Rogaine now. For your own sake, please do not stop it. Your hair falling out after 2 weeks of being on Rogaine is actually a sign that it really is working.
