So is this the best 3 combination options to use for MPB? I am 20 years old and am just starting to lose a little bit of my hair, I am definitely in stage 1.

Is the combination of these 3 that effective to not losing hair, that I should commit myself now to being on these for the rest of my life?

Or should I just take the approach of accepting losing my hair and not spending money for these the rest of my life?

Yes, those three, Proscar (1/4 pill per day of 1mg), Rogaine Foam (minoxidil), and Ketoconazole (Revita or Nizoral) are what is referred to as the Big 3 for hair loss. Though there is no such thing as a miracle cure for hair loss, you have the greatest chance of combatting future hair loss and regrowing hair as long as you remain on them.

Accepting baldness is clearly another option. You will have to decide whether or not fighting against hair loss is worth it to you.

I wish I new about these three when I started to loose my hair 9 years ago,just rogaine was out then. Get on it my friend so you can hold what you got. How are the men in your family,use that as a detection,or even better an older brother. I lost out on that one since im the oldest,but my brother who is 16 months younger has great hair as the men did in my family,so I guess I was a rare case.no mpb in my family
