| Patient with Diffused thinning wanted to stay somewhat conservative, keep native hairs uncut for surgery. He also wanted to try meds as well. Surgery Data: - Strip measurement: 22cm long x 1cm wide - 2238gr/5407 hairs 1's-337 - 337 hairs 2 's-1042 = 2084 hairs 3's-637 = 1911 hairs 4's-147 = 588 hairs *DFU's - 75 = 487 hairs (dense groupings, which yielded 6-8 hairs) *Double Follic. Units - two follicular unit families purposely kept together to yield greater density at center section of head - they are rectangular, flat in shape. |
