also, appx how many grafts do you think I would need to restore my hairline??

i would say on the norwood scale you would be a norwood 2. it appears that your temples are thinning out. your crown look good though.

It's fairly hard to tell what's going on up there because you are coming your hair forward but a 2 looks right. As baldcasanova says you have a strong crown and to be honest I'd say you have way too much hair to be considering a procedure. Are you using the minox. on the front. You'll want to protect/ maintain the crown with propecia.

.5 mg Avodart - daily
5% minox 2x/day
Nizoral 2% - 3x/week
T-Sal - 3x/week
Nioxin Actives other days
MSM - 3,000 mg per day

Echoing the above sentiments, you look like a NW2. Minoxidil can work on the hairline. Like JacobS said above try medications before jumping into surgery, if only to stabilize your hair loss. Keep researching to determine your best route. Definitely check into Finasteride (Propecia) to keep what you have.
