This is a very interesting case. This U.K. patient had FUE work performed by two clinics. One in Europe and the other in the States. Neither of them produced any cosmetic difference so he came to us for yet a third session of FUEs.
After examening the donor area, it became quickly clear that he suffered from something I've called the "moth eaten" effect as a result of large FUE extractions concentrated too close together.
I converted him to a strip procedure and implanted 2,200 grafts into the corners of the hairline. I will post a different thread to address the scar issues.
