I am posting these on behalf of Dr. Keller to demonstrate his donor hair extraction and trichophytic closure technique.

Below are the surgical details from Dr. Keller

This is the patient's second surgery. The first surgery was 1500 grafts while this second surgery on 12/19/2007 was 1605 follicular unit grafts.

This male patient has female pattern hair loss at a 3 rating on the Ludwig scale. The pictures demonstrate a two-layered trichophytic closure.
