| This recent patient fit our criteria for a large session and received 4,070 FU grafts. The majority of the grafts in the central area were done with lateral slits. The grafts in the periphery were done with sagital slits to allow the direction of the hair to change more acutely and follow existing hair. The angle of the incision was chosen to match the exit angle and can be varied from 10 to 45 degree with either the sagital or lateral incisions. |
