Well, it is very difficult to get to this and honestly is not the goal of most hair restorations as the supply vs. demand issue is usually way out of balance to achieve this. Even with no hairloss there are lighting conditions condusive to the see through look so it is never 100% avoidable, with or without surgery. To get close though, you basically need what this patient has. Coarse dark hair, very large numbers relative to the area being addressed and dense packing. All the angles show that there is no see through on this patient, including the shot taken outdoors. |
