| Falc et al: Here is a patient that came into my office today for followup. Objective: NW 6 gentleman desired maximum coverage to achieve a mature thinning look. Focus on covering as much of scalp as possible. . Challenges: Fine Grey hair more difficult to achieve a density look, Limited donor area with average density. Scalp Laxity good. Wide Recipient area to cover, over 250 cm2 of recipient area. Photos: Post op photos patient came in with wet hair. No professional photo shoots to keep lighting, settings etc consistent. Proc. 1: 2269 grafts, Proc. 2: 1680 grafts: total:3949 grafts Results: Patient extremely satisfied. Plan:Limited thinner donor area to harvest for additional grafts for added density. Future surgeries must assure sufficient donor hair coverage to maximize transparency of scar. |
