For anyone wanting to resize their photos, I found and use a really good FREE program called IrfanView. Like I said its free to download and is great for shrinking pictures.

Infranview is a decent program...I use it at work. There is a way too you can resize photos in a batch too by selecting the photos through Explorer, right clicking, and choosing the option. Don't ask me to explain it now...I'd have to look it up again since I set it up once over 2 years ago :P
