We performed just over 2,000 grafts on this patient using dense pack ultra-refined technique. He did such a great job of keeping the recipient area clean that at his 8 day post op visit for removal of staples it looked like he was sporting a "buzz cut" in the areas we transplanted. I thought it was worth taking photos of and showing on this site for all to see.
