This patient had several surgeries of plugs in the past which looked even worse after his native hair fell out. He wanted us to pack as much as possible into the front and top of his head to get coverage and to cover the obsolete plug work performed elsewhere. We packed 3,500 grafts into the front and top using ultra-refined techniques. The results here are only after 7 months and the "kinky" appearance of the hair indicates that he is still in the "immature" stage and has significant thickening to look forward to in the next 6 months. Nevertheless, his goal has been easily reached and we will post more photos at the end of 6 months.
