I'm a littive over 7 weeks and I have 1-2 pimples around my scar area in the back. Is that normal? I've searched on the forum and most of the pimples were near the transplanted area.

You most likely had the tricophytic closure performed so this is probably from some of the hairs trying to grow back and getting irritated a bit, just like in the recipient area. This is somewhat normal so you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
