Im here in Manila. Can someone recommend a GOOD doctor here?

I searched http://www.ishrs.org/ and it listed just one DOCTOR in Manila. Dr. Andrew Pineda.

Has anybody have any feedback about him?

I have never heard of the doctor you mentioned. This is not to say that he may not be good, I have just never heard of him. Does he do all follicular unit transplants? Anything else is outdated.

Perhaps you may want to consult with Dr. Martinek in Australia. She has an excellent reputation amongst her patients and colleagues alike.
