I currently use both on my very thinning hair. I will be undergoing my first session in February using all FU's. Of course, I'm doing FU's to look the most natural. My goal is for nobody to know I had the procedure. Which leads me to this question. After two weeks and the healing is done, can I go back to using the Spray and Gel on my hair? Or will this impact the growth of the grafts at all? Seems if I don't want anybody to know, I should be able to resume normal hair style after the healing is complete, but I certainly don't want to impact the FU growth.

I am a HT veteran of 5000 grafts. Generally speaking it is safe to go back to sprays and gels after 2 weeks. Some Dr.'s say 1 week. I believe the issue is alcohol content in the sprays. KMS has a Moisturizer that is 2-1. It is a medium hold hair spray with No Alcohol in it. Use that in the first month maybe. Most Gels do not have any alcohol. Be a label reader like I was. I never had any problems.
Good luck

Thanx for your feedback Ron.
I asked my doctor as well. He said pretty much the same thing. He did note however, that the healing for the FU's is down beneath the skin after the scabs are gone. He told me one week is ok. Did not bring up the alchohol because as he mentioned the healing was beneath.
I go in on Monday for 2800 FU's. Excited, apprehensive...etc..
