In light of the recent controversy im not sure this is right question, but i've been wondering this for a while. This is my opinion only and the only basis im going on is my own research. Please do your own and draw your own conclusions.

Again this is just my opinion. Most of my opinion is based on what i've read and seen on this forum

Let me just add that im more than sure that there are other great doc's on here like Alexander, Cooley, T&D, ETC. It's just you dont hear or see to much from these guys. It all goes back to branding.

Konior is one i've heard of but not seen to much of his work. I'll definatly check him out! So far we all have 3 of the same doc's on our top 5. Interesting!

I know they are great, but I think it has more to do with seeing their work on here at least weekly. Good for them, they've taken advantage of a great marketing opportunity.

But, like Pat posted a couple weeks ago, there are doctors who might be among the very best in the world who we haven't seen any photos from. He specifically mentioned one in Detroit, I believe.

BTW Dewayne I was looking at DR Cooley's site and something i noticed that was differant about him was he had mentioned how much hairloss has affected each of his patients on each set of photo's. Thats something thats very important because you can see that it's not all about the $$$ to him. He actually cares!

I really think so too. I'm sure those guys make a real good living, but it struck when I told him that he had a real good reputation on this forum and he said he works hard to do his best and sort of depends on patients word of mouth to do the advertising for him.

He's got a nice office suite right by a medical center, but you'd never know it was a ht clinic. The sign reads Carolina Dermatology Center.

I would say your list is 100% right on target but not necessarily in any particular order. I think they are all the best and you wouldn't go wrong with any of them. If I had to put a list together that would be it. In fact those were the ones (didn't contact Feller) I considered before going with Dr. Epstein.

here were my considerations:

1st tier: feller, rahal, alexander, h&w, shapiro
2nd: bernstein, t&d, wolf

chose feller based on quality of work, in-person consult experience, cost, proximity

In no particular order because I only had 1 ht experience with one Doctor. I would have to use all 4 to see the list in rank.I only have 4 choices!!!!!

This is the 2nd time I see Wolf on a top 5 list, But i dont see him on the coalition list?? Where is Dr wolf located?

I think he's in ohio. the moderator at hlh had his done by wolf.

and I believe Dr Shapiro did Dr Wolfs transplant
Those are all great doctors.
Only going by the pictures Ive seen and testimonies my top 5 is no different then most
