I think so. There are some extenuating circumstances. It's never a straight yes/no answer.

I've seen some HT's placed high on the head due to donar limitations and baldness levels, yet, they appeared too dense with a hairline that was too hard. Placement of the hairline along with softness play a key role. Of course, other factors like age come into play.

Many factors go into answering this, but above all, I'd say doctor choice is most important. I believe choosing a quality physician is key in determining undetectability. Keep in mind that undetectability doesn't mean thick full head of hair...it simply means that nobody would detect it's a hair transplant.

I agree with Gorpy and Falc..............yes, a HT can look 100% natural and unnoticable with the right surgeon. This is why it's so important to research various Docs before jumping in.
